These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NXTCareer website and its tools — the resume builder, ATS score checker, cover-letter and LinkedIn-bio generators, salary insights, job listings and application tracker (together, the “Services”), operated by NXTCareer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“NXTCareer”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. The Services
NXTCareer provides tools to help you create resumes and related career documents, check ATS compatibility, and discover jobs and salary information. Some features are free; others require a paid plan. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.
4. Plans, pricing & payments
- Prices for paid plans are shown on our pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
- If a plan renews automatically, we will tell you before each renewal and you may cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- We may change prices with prior notice; changes will not affect a billing cycle already paid for.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and lawful.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Services; attempt to access other users' data; scrape, copy or resell the Services; upload malware; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for breaches.
7. AI-generated content
Some features use AI to generate suggestions (e.g. cover letters, bios). These outputs are drafts to assist you — they may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that a resume will pass any ATS, secure an interview, or result in employment.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including our software, templates, designs, logos and brand, are owned by NXTCareer or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services. You may use generated documents for your own job-seeking purposes; you may not resell our templates or tools.
9. Third-party services & links
The Services may link to or rely on third parties (job listings, AI providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTCareer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of opportunity, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NXTCareer harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms or any law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably.
